Wellness Calculators & Everyday Health Tools
Three tools that give general informational estimates and help you plan routines. They are not diagnosis or personalized medical advice, and each one shows its formula.
Preventive Health Return Index
A routine-consistency index built from movement, planning and how steadily you keep routines.
Daily Macro Split
Turn a calorie target and a split into approximate grams of carbohydrate, protein and fat.
Grams = (calories × share) ÷ 4 for carbohydrate and protein, ÷ 9 for fat
These are standard energy values. Calorie and macro targets here are not individualized medical or nutrition prescriptions.
Sleep Impact Estimator
A descriptive indicator of how your reported sleep routine compares with common adult guidance.
How the inputs count
Indicator = duration points (up to 70) + regularity points (up to 30)
Duration scores highest at 7–9 hours, a range commonly cited for adults, and steps down outside it. Regularity adds 30, 20, 10 or 0 points. It does not diagnose sleep disorders or predict medical outcomes.
How to Interpret These Results
Treat scores as prompts
A number shows where a routine is steady or thin. It is a reason to reflect, not a grade.
Inputs shape outputs
Rounded and self-reported inputs give rounded and self-reported results. Re-run with honest averages.
You are not average
Guidelines describe populations. Your age, history and circumstances may call for something different.
When a Professional Opinion Matters
Consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, are managing a weight or eating concern, or have symptoms that are persistent, worsening or worrying. A calculator cannot weigh those things.
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number instead of using this site.
